Booking Policy

Booking & deposit

$20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment. Remaining payment must be made via bank transfer. The deposit should be made within 24 hours of booking; if not, your appointment will be cancelled.

Rescheduling & cancellation

All reschedules and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations will result in a fee of 50% of your lash set price.

• Cancellation fee — 50% of your lash set price with more than 48 hours’ notice. Note that the cancellation fee only applies once you have paid the deposit.
• Cancellation fee — 100% of your lash set price with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Late arrivals & no-shows

Please arrive on time. Arriving 10 minutes late will incur an additional $10 late fee, applied every 10 minutes. Being 10 minutes late with no response from the client will result in an automatic cancellation.

• No response from the client regarding the cancellation fee after a no-show appointment will result in being banned from booking with DÉA BEAUTY.

After-hours appointments

After-hours fee: +$15.

Guests

No guests are allowed unless you notify me prior to your booking.
